I did it. I am now on a bone marrow donation registry. Lets hope that someday I may help someone. 

I am always feeling so fortunate and blessed. Having so much and trying to help in little ways. Looking in closets when there are "wanted" posts on free cycle that maybe we could help with, trying to get a little extra at the store when I am shopping so that we may donate it at church. Maybe it is just one can of something but that it is something. We donate blood when we can. Over the years we have loved inviting friends into our home when they have needed a place to crash for a week or month or just a holiday (though it has happened less since having children.) However; I have always wanted to do more and though we are so very rich we do have a hard time finding the extra cash to help out ... but here is to hope. 

here is to all the folks out there with blood diseases and other disorders who feel they have no hope. 
may I be their hope. 
may we be their hope,
their light.
